Colonia Verde is located in a quiet corner just off of Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon in the desirable northeast part of Tucson. It is not a gated community, but traffic is kept to a minimum by having no pass-through streets. Full-service shopping is within convenient walking distance. Across Tanque Verde, you'll find the Morris K. Udall regional park and recreation center with access to Tucson's Loop path network and public pickleball courts.
A Board of Directors made up of homeowners manages the CV community. Colonia Verde's natural landscaping and walkways are maintained by a professional landscape company. Our property management company is Mission Management.
